Terms and Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by ZEDLAB. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Quotes are based on information provided at the time. Changes to project scope, materials, or design may result in revised pricing.

  • Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, with the balance payable prior to delivery or installation.

2. Orders & Approvals

  • Orders will only proceed once we receive written approval of the quote and design proof.

  • You are responsible for checking artwork proofs for accuracy (spelling, sizing, colours, etc.) before approving.

  • ZEDLAB is not liable for errors once proofs have been approved.

3. Production & Lead Times

  • Standard lead times are 2–3 weeks from proof approval and deposit payment.

  • Custom or large-scale projects may require extended timeframes — we will advise you accordingly.

  • Lead times may vary due to supplier availability or unforeseen delays.

4. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before dispatch or installation, unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges and delay delivery.

5. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery costs will be quoted based on the size, weight, and location.

  • ZEDLAB takes all reasonable care in packaging and shipping products. We are not responsible for damage occurring during transit by third-party couriers.

  • Installation services, if required, will be quoted separately and subject to site access and conditions.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • We guarantee the workmanship and materials of our signage under normal use for 12 months.

  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, vandalism, extreme weather, or improper installation by third parties.

  • ZEDLAB’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of faulty products.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cancelled after production has commenced may incur costs for materials and labour already expended.

  • Due to the custom nature of signage, refunds are not available for change of mind.

  • Any product faults or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, concepts, and materials created by ZEDLAB remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

  • Client logos and brand assets remain the property of the client.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
