Refunds and Returns.

At ZEDLAB, every sign we produce is custom-made with care and precision. Because of the bespoke nature of our work, we have the following policy regarding refunds and returns.

1. No Refunds or Returns on Custom Work

  • Once a design proof is approved by you and production has commenced, your order is considered final.

  • Due to the custom craftsmanship involved, we do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect choices, or subjective preferences after approval.

2. Design Proof Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to thoroughly check and approve all design proofs before we proceed to fabrication.

  • This includes checking spelling, sizing, colours, materials, and layout.

  • ZEDLAB is not liable for errors that were approved at the proof stage.

3. Damaged or Faulty Products

  • If your signage arrives damaged in transit or has a clear manufacturing fault, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange for a repair, replacement, or suitable remedy.

  • Evidence of damage (e.g., photos) will be required for claims.

4. Warranty Claims

  • For faults arising from workmanship or materials under normal use, please refer to our 12-month workmanship warranty.

  • This excludes damage caused by misuse, vandalism, environmental conditions, or improper installation by third parties.

5. Freight Damage

  • While we package all orders carefully, ZEDLAB is not responsible for damages caused by third-party couriers during transit.

  • We will assist you with any claims where possible.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled after design approval and once production has begun will still be charged for materials, labour, and any associated costs already incurred.
